• Yes, you can complete verification for more than one group that applies to you, one at a time. You can add a second group under My Profile > My Eligibility > Add Eligibility. We will always give you the highest discount available to you.

• No, the email you have associated with creating your XNow account doesn't need to match your school or company email that might be requested during the verification process. We suggest you use a personal email to create your account.

• To successfully qualify as a healthcare worker, you must be a US-based:
  • Doctor (MD, DO, DDS, DMD, OMFS, OD, DPM, Psy.D., DC)
  • Nurse (RN, LPN, APRN, LVN, CRNA, CNS, ARNP, CRNP, CNP, LNP, NPC)
  • Physician Assistant
  • Therapist - Psychology, Psychiatry, or Counselor
  • Veterinarian or Employee
  • EMT-Paramedic
  • Medical School Faculty & Staff
  • Employee of a qualifying U.S. healthcare organization. Organizations include:

To successfully qualify as a first responder, you must be a US-based:

• Firefighter

• To successfully qualify as a Teacher or Administrative Staff Member, you must be actively employed by an educational institution in the United States as either:
  • A full-time or part-time professor, assistant professor, or teacher for a Pre-K –12 school, college, community college or university in the U.S.
  • A full-time or part-time administrator or employee at a Pre K-12 school, college, community college, or university in the U.S.

• To successfully qualify as a Student, you must be actively studying as a full-time or part- time College Student in the U.S. (community, undergraduate, or graduate).

• To successfully qualify as a College Alum, you must have attended or graduated from a college, community college or university in the U.S.
