How exactly does your verification work?

We own proprietary systems and live databases to quickly and accurately confirm a user’s eligibility for their associated group (i.e., student, senior, etc.). It generally takes less than a minute to complete the process and does not require document uploads or sensitive personal information such as Social Security Numbers, Driver's Licenses, etc. It's quick, frictionless and easy for users to complete. Moreover, once a user is verified, they can return without having to re-verify, driving far higher repeat purchases.

How hard is it to set up?

It's easy to get started! We need basic information like your logo, which events/services you want to make available, and which groups would you like to access your offers (Healthcare Workers, Teachers, etc). Are there best practices when it comes to discounting or offering other benefits? What about messaging, pricing, and inventory, etc?

Yes, and we can help you structure the right program for your objectives to attract much more attention from qualified audience targets and drive much higher conversion rates leading to increased and continuing ticket purchases. Conversion rates of verified users are regularly well above 10% due, in part, to the privileged nature of being permitted access to your special program for their group.

Can we choose which games/events we want to include in the offer?

Not only can you choose which events you want to include in the offer, the number of events and types of incentives can vary by each event/game and by each group! It is highly flexible and you can change the incentive at any time or add or remove events in near real time. And, no one but the users within your designated group will see your incentives or discounts but those who are verified.

Can I use XNow without discounting my tickets?

Absolutely! We have other ways to provide non-discounted special offers, including working with sponsors who might provide other benefits or facilitate a special offer or benefit.

Who processes the ticket transaction?

We connect with your designated ticketing platform. This requires no work on your end as we are already integrated with most major ticketing platforms. Our solution is ticketing platform agnostic. Your current ticketing platform processes all transactions using discount codes (or other secure measures we seamlessly use) as well as perform all ticket fulfillment. Essentially, we just put our white label verification in front of your usual ticket purchase flow to securely verify users. It requires almost no IT to implement and is hosted and encrypted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud.

Does the ticket transaction happen on your site?

We verify the user and then use an encrypted link (and discount code, if necessary) to send users to your ticketing platform to process all transactions and perform all ticket fulfillment in the ordinary course.

Can we have user verification data sent back to our CRM for more personalized or target marketing?

Yes, we can securely transmit demographic and verification data into your CRM. We will also update that data if it changes (such as a student graduating and becoming a Millennial). This can have enormous sales implications when you email or message them based on their audience type (seniors, students, etc.). It is very effective for repeat and new ticket purchases and drives up to 30% or higher conversion rates than generic marketing.

What is the cost?

We structure it based on you making money. Our fees are based on you generating revenues so we don't receive anything until you do. There are no set-up fees or minimums.

Does XNow help with marketing?

Yes, we assist in many ways including having you on our XNow website, geotargeted email campaigns, social media promotion and more!
